We collect the following data:

• Contact information: Name, email address, phone number (optional), city
• Profile data: Education, work experience, skills
• Course data: Enrollments, progress, quiz results, certificates
• Application data: Job postings you analyze, generated applications

3. What do we NOT store?

We never store:

• National ID or social security number
• Bank account number or payment information
• Health information
• Full address (city only)
• Passwords in clear text

4. Purpose of processing

We use the data to:

• Offer you AI courses and track your progress
• Issue certificates when you complete courses
• Generate tailored job applications via the AI assistant
• Improve the service based on anonymized usage data

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on consent (GDPR art. 6 para. 1 letter a) that you provide upon registration.
