1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on LexiAiKurs you accept these terms of service. If you do not accept the terms, you cannot use the service.

2. Purpose of the service

LexiAiKurs is a learning platform offering AI training for individuals and companies in Norway. The service includes:

• AI courses from beginner to expert
• Certificates upon completion
• AI assistant for application help
• Video CV functionality

3. User accounts

You are responsible for:

• Providing correct information upon registration
• Keeping your login credentials secret
• All activity that occurs through your account

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Course content and certificates

All course content is copyright protected. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the content for your own learning.

Certificates are issued when you complete courses and pass the quizzes. Certificates are verifiable and can be shared with employers.

5. The AI assistant

The AI assistant uses AI (OpenAI) to analyze job postings and generate application suggestions. You are responsible for:

• Quality-checking all content before you send it
• Ensuring that information is correct and truthful
• Not using the service for spam or abuse

6. Acceptable use

You commit NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Share account credentials with others
• Attempt to manipulate quiz results or certificates
• Upload malicious content or code
• Abuse the AI features for spam or fraud

7. Disclaimer

LexiAiKurs is offered "as is". We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be available without interruption
• AI-generated content is error-free
• The courses will lead to employment

You use the service at your own risk. We are not responsible for indirect losses or consequences of use.

8. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. For significant changes we will notify you via email or message in the service. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via profile settings. Upon deletion your personal data is removed in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be sought resolved amicably. If this does not succeed, the dispute is decided by Norwegian courts with Vestfold District Court as venue.
